This workbook will teach you how to become more intentional with your choices, by understanding how the brain & body work in two parts.

HEALTHY HABITS SELF-PACED COURSE

A self-paced wellness program that helps clients process through their successes, challenges, and barriers. The goal of this program is to help each individual establish & sustain their individualized healthy habits while learning more about stress, sleep, mindfulness, movement, & how to set up balanced meals.

To promote continued success throughout the week clients who purchase this course will have unlimited access to:

  • Deliciously nutritious recipes

  • Individualized Meal Support to create a meal plan on a week to week basis.

  • Weekly feedback on food journals to help sustain healthy habits.

1:1 NUTRITION COACHING

Chelsea offers 1:1 nutrition counseling sessions to help you achieve your individualized goals with the support you are looking for.

Her goals are to help you come up with simple, balanced, & sustainable changes in your day to day to help you achieve your ultimate goal. She successfully helps her clients in the treatment of disordered eating & eating disorders, sports nutrition, weight management. She provides direct, compassionate, and heartfelt care to help her clients realize the pleasures of living a whole life.

Work with her to improve your experience with movement, make peace with your body, & rebuild your relationship with food.

  • Depending on the plan of care established, we will follow up on a varying basis (we will take insurance coverage into consideration). This can mean we meet weekly OR monthly.
